Conley I. Beard of Oldenburg, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 77 years old. The son of Sam and Mary (Brewer) Beard was born on April 25, 1947 in Booneville, Kentucky. Conley married Linda Williamson in 1979. He worked at Hill-Rom until his retirement in 2007. He loved wood working and refurbishing furniture. Conley could look at anything and then figure out how to make it. But most of all he loved being with his family especially his grandkids. Rosemarie R. Hausman, age 92, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at St. Andrews in Batesville. Born in Batesville, Indiana on February 16, 1932, she lived a life full of love, faith, and family. She was married to James Hausman on June 9, 1956, in a beautiful ceremony at St. Louis Catholic Church. James preceded her in death on July 23, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her loving parents, Leo and Caroline Walke, sister; Mary Vogelsang, and brother; Cliff Walke. Rosemarie worked at Hillenbrand Industries as an executive assistant, as an administrative assistant with her husband Jim in their family-owned insurance company and retired as a bookkeeper at Dunlap Supply in 1998 to spend more time with family and friends. She was a dedicated member of St. Louis Catholic Church and volunteered countless hours of her time to the Church. Rosemarie’s favorite volunteer event was the annual St. Louis Fall Festival.
